No half-truths.
We have collected answers to common questions so you can make a considered decision.
Where are my funds kept?
The funds stay on your Bybit account. RangeDock works through the API and does not get access to withdraw funds.
Which API permissions are needed?
Reading account data and spot trading. Withdrawal and transfer permissions are not requested, and the key can be revoked in Bybit at any time.
Is there a risk of losses?
Yes. Crypto asset prices can fall, and grid bots do not protect against market losses. Automation does not guarantee returns.
Why do closed cycles and the overall result differ?
Closed cycles are the realized result of completed buys and sells. Positions that have not been sold yet are revalued at the current price: their floating result can be negative and reduce the overall total.
Which trading pairs are supported?
At launch — BTC/USDT and ETH/USDT on the Bybit spot market.
How do I get access to the testing?
